RETURNS/EXCHANGE

  • We pride ourselves on designing and manufacturing high quality jewellery and accessories. However, we understand that sometimes an item, once you see it in person, may not be quite right for you.
  • If you are not sure about a particular item, please contact us before making your purchase with any additional questions you may have.
  • We happily accept returns and exchanges if the item purchased is in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have all tags attached.
  • Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings, ear cuffs & hair accessories.
  • If you are not satisfied with your jewellery purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase to arrange a return or exchange if you live within Australia. For all International customers, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase to arrange a return or exchange
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will send you instructions for returning items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns should be insured and returned using a safe delivery mode with Signature on Delivery.
  • All returns must be sent back in all original packaging to avoid damage to the items.  Any damage to any products may result in denial of any refund.
  • Returned items will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund of the cost paid at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the payment method used for the purchase.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may elect to receive a refund or credit note.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGE

On International returns you must mark that the goods are RETURNS so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

  • You must return the product in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have all tags attached.
  • You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the product
  • For all international returns (outside of Australia) you are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the product.
  • Upon receipt of the product by SARINA SURIANO, we will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by SARINA SURIANO, however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow 7 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE DURING SALE PERIODS

Please note that all sales and transactions during sale periods or special offers are final.  No returns or exchanges are accepted, unless the purchase is faulty or damaged.
